FAQs

Q: I have not received my ticket...
A: Please check that your TCC ticket is not in your Spam filter and sent to Junk Mail instead of going to your Inbox.

Q: How long is my VOD ticket valid for?
A: Depending on the event your VOD ticket is valid for 2, 5, 7 or 30 days from the date of issue.

Q: How do I access my VOD ticket to watch the concert?
A: Please access your MyEvent section on www.theconcertchannel.net with your login details, and click on the concert to start.

Q: The live stream keeps stopping/freezing.
A: Try to watch the concert in a different bitrate. Click on one of the available streaming bitrates which are shown on the MyEvents and player page. If a stream stops during broadcast you can use the back link on the player page and select the required bitrate (again).

Q: The live stream keeps cutting out.
A: This is probably due to connectivity issues. Please check the state and speed of your internet connection.

Q: The VOD keeps stopping/freezing
A: Check the state and condition of your internet connection. If that is as it should be, we would suggest that you allow the player to buffer 25% before starting to view the concert.

Q: The concert is delayed. Will I still be able to see the whole concert?
A: Yes. Your ticket allows you to see the entire concert.

Q: The concert is cancelled, can I have a refund?
A: In the event of the cancellation of an event and the event being re-scheduled, you will be offered the opportunity to keep your ticket for the re-scheduled event, or to receive a full refund.
